Sent to Glasgow City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5221199.

The blue/recycling bins in Hampden Lane have not been collected/emptied for a couple of weeks and are now overflowing. Please deal with this asap and ensure overflow is picked up too. Thank you very much.
