Sent to Richmond upon Thames Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5220431.
The potholes have been here 4-6 years. The people responsible to fill potholes come with a truck and in small gravel but without tar. They are gone in less than 10 seconds flat. the untarred gravel spreads everywhere within 12 hours because there is no tar to hold it together. We have the potholes again.
