Pavement outside 25 Wood Lodge Lane broken and dangerous.

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5219882.

Paving slabs broken and uneven, caused by vehicles at no 25 driving over the public footpath with no dropped curb. Cost should be met by the vehicle owner.

  • We have been monitoring this location since it was first brought to our attention, and in our opinion it is clear that the ongoing works are responsible for the damage seen to the highway. However, we have decided to withhold from undertaking any repairs at present due to the risk of further damage. We will continue to monitor the works, and once complete will take the appropriate action to repair and reclaim costs. This report will be closed until then, but will be updated once action is taken. Thank you for your help in this matter.
