Very uneven surface

This uneven, broken surface caused my husband to fall and cut his face. Considerable bleeding meant we had to concern ourselves with getting home not taking photos then. This happened Monday this week and today we returned to photograph the cause of his fall.

Updates

  • The badly damaged and uneven pavement is still as it was 3 weeks ago. Still a serious trip hazard.

  • Richmond do not inform people who submit a problem whether their problem is solved or not. Hounslow so keep them informed. I know which approach I prefer.

  • Richmond Council do not tell the people who report an issue if the issue has been resolved. Which is unfortunate and is unlike Hounslow who do keep us informed.
