Tarmac around drain needs resurfacing

The drain grate had been sunken in outside 390 Court Road. The grate was lifted and repositioned by the council on 12th April 23, and I was informed that the area around it would then be resurfaced/retarmac’d. This has still not happened and needs fixing please
