Water running over and pooling on pavement

Reported via desktop in the Pavements/footpaths category anonymously at 11:41, Thu 16 November 2023

Sent to Glasgow City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5219097.

Outside 98 colchester drive there is a BT box. Water leaks from the edge of this box and pools around it. This causes this part of the pavement to become very slippy, especially as algae grows in the water and it freezes in winter. BT have come out and resurfaced the pavement around the box, Scottish water have been out and confirmed the water is ground water and not a pipe leak. This part of the pavement is now very dangerous with myself, my children and our neighbours almost falling. There is clearly a problem underneath the pavement causing the water to pool there and come up to the surface.
