Severe flooding on the road in front of our properties. Only 1/3 drains working.

We have had trouble with the drains in the past. This is the forth year that the water has come to such a high level and as you can see from the pictures, it has now come over from the roundabout and pavement into our front garden, so we are very concerned that next time we may be flooded. We only have one drain out of three that is working sufficiently but this is also prone to being blocked as well. The problem has worsened since they have resurfaced the road towards the beginning of the year.

I believe that jet cleaning the gullies will not rectify this problem and a better solution needs to be found ASAP.
