Street lights out

Sent to Glasgow City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5216598.

There are several street lights out in Rosemount Street and heading towards Kintyre Street Glasgow. This is an issue as when you leave in the morning in the dark it is hard to see pavement edge i have to use the torch on my phone to see where the edge is to get in my car
