Manhole cover!!!!

Can someone please can and look at this manhole cover that was reported an entire week ago!!??? We live right next to it and it is so LOUD!! The road is so busy that we are constantly listening to this really irritating noise day and night!!!! It is a huge loud bang! It will take 5 minutes of someone’s time! It’s really getting on everyone’s nerves now.
