Poles on grass

These poles have been removed and put back in multiple times. This road is a main road used to access a SEN school and other primary schools on the estate. Blocking part of the path/verge with poles is an issue for people walking - especially those with buggies and wheelchairs. Occasionally cars or vans will need to pull up onto the grass to avoid collision when the roads are blocked with people parking or making their way through. With the nights turning dark early now, they’re also a hazard for people walking at night time, and parking their cars. They are located on the grass verge outside of number 22 Templar road
