Leaves and mud blocking access to drainage ditch means large lake across 50% road surface- just before a bling corner!

Every time it rains heavily, we get the lake and on a blind corner, this is very dangerous. We've been told that clearing the ditch and the drainpipe under the crossing into the field has been "scheduled" but no sign of action

As you can see, no improvement to this water problem on Mill Lane's blind corner. That's BLACK ICE not water!!!
