The drain at the Hook end of Newnham Road has been blocked for years.

  • Any time there is heavy rain the end of the road gets flooded. You can see from the photographs that the property at the end of the road needs to put sandbags across their drive to prevent their property being impacted by the flooding.

  • I had a response from the council that remediation work was already planned. Although they didn't say when.
