Wall out side my garden hit by car

Wall out side my house in my garden car went in it’s been year no one came to see aswell I got all details off that car and evidence aswell all ready email council about this incident nothing sorted Can you please help

  • Nothing happened been over a year my wall was driven into. Took insurance details and contacted council haven’t come once to even have a look or assess the damage.
