Flooding everytime it rains

The path where it slopes down from the bus stop continually floods everytime it rains blocking access to coeden dal and making the main path dangerous. As someone who has arrhritis having to walk on the muddy grass is not an option as many times i have nearly fallen . This really needs to be solved as it dangerous and unhygienic . This has been an issue for years
