Enfield council are bankrupt. We have no frontline services. Business and individuals know this and are flytipping, not creating stress their customers have littered and showing the same disregard for Enfield that the council hold. JJ roofing staff laugh whilst customers throw their coffee cups on our street and staff themselves cut open packaging and throw it out onto the street. The council will not hold them to account, have no staff to do so and do not care. JJ roofing have been littering the streets for the five years I have lived here and for that time I have cleaned it each day.The council lies and states visits where they allegedly see no waste. An investigation into this council has been necessary for a while now.
