This driver drove along the cycle path narrowly avoiding hitting me from Durants Park, Hertford Road, Enfield, London, EN3 7JF to park where pictured. Claimed to not understand me when I asked him why he thinks its acceptable to break the Highway Code and Law! Loads of moped drivers do the same. Find and fine them, please! Keep us safe!
