Broken man-hole cover

There is a broken man-hole cover on the North side of Blackwall Way just before the wall with the Aspen Way.

The man-hole cover has been completely broken, exposing a deep hole, for several months now and the hole is only being covered by three or four traffic cones.

I would be grateful for this to be fixed soon as it is dangerous to pedestrians walking along Blackwall Way.
