Advertising sign very bright at night

The Ocean advertising display screen on the south side of the Aspen Way flyover, is extremely bright at night on both sides compared to the similar screen on the opposite side of the road.

This is producing a lot of light pollution and is posing a hazard to drivers passing over the flyover at night in both directions as the bright light is dazzling.
