Blocked Drains in the Carpark

Sent to East Hertfordshire District Council and Hertfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5190884.

There are blocked drains x 3 in the Car Park behind the properties at the end of Wheatsheaf Drive. They are full of dirt/soil. They have not been cleared by a high pressure vacuum vehicle for at least 15 years. The drains are located next to my property and I worry water will enter my property in the event of prolonged rain.
