Neighbour,keeps double parking an blocking my vihicle in,layby out side flat,i have been to speak to her a few times about the problem but never answers the door,beem going on bout 3 months now,i have tried speaking to her wen she enters her garden but just ignores me an walks on by,this is a 40mph road aswell
