Water right across the road, not from the stream, but from the highway. Drains either side of the road are simply blocked with leaves - HCC put them in the wrong place so the regular road sweeper can't clear them!!!

On the west side of the bridge both highway drains are blocked, so there is water right across the road, not from the Avon Water but from the highway. Water is right across the road. During the day it's visible, but for a motorcyclist in the dark it would be very dangerous.
