Front Porch building without permission! cement on pavement, fences higher than 2meteres all around the property Number 5, LE4 9GG

Sent to Leicester City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5189056.

Front Porch has been built without planning permission as well as the pavement having cement scattered and screws poking through the front porch onto the pavement!
