Damaged manhole cover - dangerously loose and causing noise and potential tyre damage on really busy stretch of road

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5186264.

Recent work has been left unfinished and manhole cover is now loose and dangerous plus amkes a huge noise each time a car goes by (which is a lot!) dangerous as cars are going at speed

Hi I can see this has been reported and I can confirm it sounds like a gun being fired eveytime a car drives over it. I saw Truespeed engineers there last week and assume they've not put it back correctly.
