Blocked drain and guttering

Reported via desktop in the Flooding/Gully/Drainage category anonymously at 19:17, Tue 7 November 2023 using FixMyStreet Pro

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5186047.

Your contractor cam e and cleared the drain on the opposite side of the road, despite my labelling of the drain and pictures uploaded on the 6th of November, they accidently went to the wrong one. it is outside number 1 kellaway that needs attention with the guttering along to number 5 needing clearing.

I couldn't get their attention to come to the correct one that was reported.

  • A new enquiry has been raised for this issue.

  • Please see photos, the water is struggling to go away and the lack of street cleaning doesn't help as people park across my driveway restricting access. This is because they can't see the lines o. The road. Please clean the road and drain

  • You've taken so long to deal with it that neighbours collectively took the decision to clear it themselves.

Shame on the council and their contractors for wanting to charge council tax and not provide a service except prettiying up the council house.
