Pothole in the newly resurfaced road

Sent to West Sussex County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5185070.

As reported before and ignored - there was an original pothole on the edge of the road in this location. It was then resurfaced, with the original defect not corrected. The road is already opening into a pothole at the exact same spot. Who actually reviews the works when they are completed, and checks these things?
