Unauthorised mirror device fitted to lamp-post

Sent to Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5185022.

Owner of property opposite has multiple cars parked on this tight section of road. Has now installed a mirror device on a lamp-post opposite the house (which may or may not be sub-let in multiple flats). Unauthorised item fixed to public lamp-post.
