Layby outside Park lane News

Reported more times than i care to remember and i assume this will be closed like all the others, but the last 2 remaining gullies downhill from the Flower Pot pub are now blocked meaning the water has no where to go and is flooding the layby and overflowing on to the pavement and risking flooding the shop and properties. One of the residents is currently having to brush the excess water into the carriageway to protect her home. Surely in 2023 this is not the new normal where residents have to brush water away from their houses everytime it rains. I've reported these drains for the past 6 years yet nothing is done bar empty promises
