Sent to Brighton and Hove City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5184371.

The refuse collectors have just empted the communal bins after three weeks, and I know they will not return. As they did this rats jumped out and ran in all directions. The lids do not fit so they will soon be inside the bins again. There is rubbish all over the place.I understand you can not use poisons but there is humane traps. The bottom line is we should not have to live like this, something must be done, it is a health hazzard.
