Recycling has again left rubbish littering Grove Road as they do on every collection, they litter it the most compared to the wind, the school kids or locals. It has been going on for years? Please clean up Grove Road and adjoining roads. We pay for this service to pick up litter, so this should be a standard process after your recycling that you leave it tidy and pick up the litter they leave behind. Everywhere I walk I see flattened cans, cardboard boxes, plastic tubes etc etc etc, thanks.

Bin men came and left this for us this morning, the street is constantly littered with recycling rubbish!

BCC won't fix this, can you sort out your staff that seem not to care, I wish I could make a mess like this and get away with it every day in my job and I work for BCC! it's been like this for years and BCC Waste drops more littler than the school children! Today it's bad, I've cleaned up my part of the pavement but left the noodles on the road for the rats to clean up.. then the foxes can clean them up too, all our streets are like this!
