Loose cables

Sent to Hull City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5178598.

Some old loose cables have become loose and dropped, hanging very low. I think they are old redifusion cables but do not want to touch them incase they are still live or in use. They are attached to my house but travel down the terrace to the bottom house.
