As you are travelling towards the + roads on gayton road Looking right on bird’s hill road. Visibility is severely compromised due to the large bushes growing on the verge which are attached to the white wall. There was a. Near mis hear recently.

  • Investigation: Ongoing (Reported to a third party) - As this is private vegetation, we have sent a Standard Enforcement Letter to the occupier(s), asking them to cut this back. This could take up to a month to resolve. We will update you further.

  • Investigation: Ongoing (Reported to another department within WNC) - Unfortunately, as the owner of the property has not complied with the enforcement letter sent to them, we have forwarded this to the regulations team, who will update you more on the situation and take things further.

  • Now 4 months have passed and nothing has been done about this issue, it is becoming more dangerous all the time. To pull out of the junction you are half way into oncoming traffic, I fear for my older family member who have to use this junction, especially if my children are in the vehicle!
