Graffiti left on pavement

Sent to Cardiff Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5176516.

I was away on work for a week whilst a water meter was being fitted at my property. Upon return this graffiti was left on the pavement nearby where this work was complete. After contacting Welsh Water they confirmed that this was not related to the water meter being fitted and was vandalism by a 3rd party.
