Red Vauxhall Astra parked at the rear of 114 Belgrave Road hidden behind garage. No tax, broken window and deflated tyres. It has a SORN but it's NOT off road. Reg. is OU52 YGH.

I was told the back road wasn't a public highway even though cars are driven down it, parked down it and dumped down it.
