Bridge is damaged/missing problem

FixMyStreet ref: 5169420.

Customer reported that he needed to do some maintenance on a small pedestrian footbridge over a ditch on his lane, over which this PROW runs. Will need to close footpath for a day. Also wants to check what his obligations are here. Would appreciate a call back to discuss this.

    Should the issue pose an immediate danger to public safety such as:-
    •Objects on the highway network (i.e. a fallen tree)
    •Faulty temporary or permanent traffic lights (i.e. stuck on red)
    •Exposed cables
