Rubbish on Cornwall St

Reported via iOS in the Rubbish (refuse and recycling) category anonymously at 08:30, Fri 3 November 2023

Sent to Cardiff Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5169085.

This area of Cornwall St near the railway line and billboard was fenced off a while ago after I reported fly tipping and a dead cat. However, since the fence has gone up the space behind is gradually being filled with all sort of rubbish. It’s a health hazard and pretty depressing to see every day. Really think we could do with a bin nearby to stop people throwing their rubbish over the fence. And some signs telling people not to litter, as there is currently nothing. Littering in Grangetown is really bad. Desperately need some creative solutions! (And communications about new recycling and refuse collection times, otherwise more will end up being dumped in spaces like this). Thanks!
