"Red man" not working

Sent to Glasgow City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5168987.

"Red man" on pedestrian crossing lights at north-west corner of the junction between St Vincent Street and Pitt Street not working. Quite a dangerous crossing and confusing so would be good to fix asap please?
