Third week running!!!!

This is the third week running that after the street cleaners have been on a Thursday morning the bags of rubbish they accumulate have not been collected. This week however the foxes have got to them and they are spread everywhere outside 56/58 Weir Hall Road! What is going on Enfield Council?? The street cleaners has improved greatly since you have changed from multiple men to one man and a barrow, he does a tremendous job whereas the multiple blokes never looked like they had picked anything up.....but the you go and spoil this guy's great work by continually not bothering to collect the rubbish he has amassed!!
