Sent to Darlington Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5168813.

Abandoned car parked outside the burnt out building. Clearly there for advertising.

  • These vehicles are usually taxed tested and mot'd, parked on private ground in this case, so not a lot that the council can do, only the owners of the said land, if they can be bothered, or found. Signage of Van's is common practice for business
