Lingwood road flood

Sent to Broadland District Council and Norfolk County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5167603.

Lingwood road is flooded again. This is because there is major run off of water from the A47 Blofield/ Burlingham road works. All the vegetation has been removed, this was a natural sponge
