Dead tree causing risk to public

Reported via desktop in the Trees and woodland category anonymously at 11:53, Thu 2 November 2023 using FixMyStreet Pro

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5166142.

This tree has been reported multiple times. It is on a neighbour's property but he refuses to do anything about it. It is dead and overhanging the entrance to our primary school. Another dead limb has fallen from it in the winds this morning and the school is implementing its risk assessment but this tree is a grave danger to staff, pupils and villagers

  • There has been no update on this since posting on 2nd November. Please could someone update as to what is being done about these trees? I would like this escalated at the Council as it is a risk to the public. Many Thanks.
