Sent to Luton Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5165340.

Car abandoned for some time at junction of Stanford Road with Taunton Road. No MOT and car has clearly been involved in an accident. Car is not parked straight and causing an obstruction to road users.
