  • Please can I request this work is completed as a matter of urgency as it is causing water to flow on to the water and as the weather gets colder, this will become more dangerous.

  • The Parish Council reviewed this issue at its January meeting and has asked me register that it wishes to formally request that the time schedule for this work is accelerated please. We are currently at 12 weeks since the original request so not quite half way to 26 weeks....

  • Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Having inspected the gully here, we can confirm work is scheduled within the next 26 weeks to rectify the problem. This work will involve cleaning out and jetting the gully. We will endeavour to complete it as quickly as possible. You will receive further updates once it has been completed. If a flooding emergency occurs, call 0300 126 7000 for West Northamptonshire Council between 9.00 and 17.00. Outside of these hours, please ring 01604 651074.
