Fly tipping

A flatbed truck dumped what looks like a pub clear out at around 11:00 on Sunday the 24th of August. They have left lots of glasses, many of which have broken. There is broken glass on the pavement and road that presents a hazard and a pile of rubbish that is unsightly. We would be grateful if you could remove this dumped materials. As this is not the first time and costs for clean up must be significant we would also like you to consider CCTV to record the licence plates of the offending vehicles or some other deterrent.
