Potholes in Tarmac Path

The tarmac of the path between Withington Court and Stratton Way is severely potholed along both edges. Water is ingressing and undermining the brickwork. The tarmac is breaking up and soil is developing allowing vegetation to grow. This problem has been there for several months at least.
