Traffic Red Light Camera Flashing On Green

Not reported to council

Noticed this morning (1st November) at 7:30am - the traffic camera on Lower Parliament Street opposite the Motorpoint Arena flashed the car in front of me, as well as myself and the car behind me even though the light was green! Walked back over at 8:30am and saw it flash some other moving traffic.

Hoping it's faulty, because I'm 100% certain it was green!
