Street Light in all important Precinct/Library junction out from memory.Pitch Black & Menacing Youths Lurking

Can you check/update the street lighting on the corner Precinct/Library Poundland side of junction please? From memory the other night early on it was black as the ace of spades round there! This spot has a history of failing on early dark nights. The situation was made doubly perturbing it being Halloween and a small number of the usual wierdo youths hanging around in the shadows & doorways apparently up to no good making cheap comments and taunts at elderly passers by?
