No pavement on access road of Burford road

This is now the third time I have reported this issue over the last 18 months. Please can somebody reply as I feel it is really unacceptable. There is no pavement on the access road starting 121 Burford road. It has many pedestrians who are forced to walk on the road. You cannot hear traffic coming up behind you and on several occasions either myself or children have nearly been hit by a vehicle coming up behind. It is a dangerous situation. A pavement is needed urgently. Please respond otherwise I will need to write to our. MP which I think shouldn't be necessary
