Keep left bollard obscured by self-set vegetation, due to years of neglect and inattention. If you can find it, amongst the weeds, it is on Northfield Avenue, Kettering just as you approach the roundabout, which links Rothwell Road and Lower Street (near to Halfords). This is a safety hazard and an eyesore, which requires your urgent attention.
