Public path blocked, unusable, invisible. No trace of the existence of the public path on the ground. The Norfolk County Council, are illegally neglecting their basic duties, as highway authority, towards this public path. (Reporting further to https://www.fixmystreet.com/ report/ 1092646 and https://www.fixmystreet.com/ report/ 2532150 )
