Trip hazard due to unfinished pavement works

As can be seen from the photo the pavement has not been finished properly after some work was carried out. Been like this for over a month.

The uneven surface and edge of the paving slabs are a trip hazard. This needs to be finished properly with some tarmac to create an even surface.
